At YiriGo, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for orders placed through our platform.
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Incorrect or damaged items received
Missing items from the order
Orders not delivered within the promised time frame
Duplicate or unauthorized transactions
To request a refund, please contact our customer support at support@yirigo.net within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide the following information:
Order number
Description of the issue
Supporting evidence (photos, receipts, etc.) if applicable
Once your refund request is received, our team will review it and may contact you for additional information.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
Change of mind or ordering errors by the customer
Perishable goods that have been partially or fully consumed
Issues caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
For scheduled orders, cancellation and refund requests must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time to be eligible.
